Hi, my cat only poops every 2/3 days?

My cat does this to, because of this we thought this was very unusual... but when we went to find out the vet said this was fine. so we decided read up about this. The more we read the more we found out cats for one have less guts then humans in there stomach so there food has more room to digest and settle. Cats also usually only poop when they can feel there gas inside of there stomach.
