My cat keeps gagging?

Okay so for the last couple days my cat hasn't been eating or drinking. Then we noticed she is gagging, she also vomited today. I know this is isn't a hairball, I mean it can't be.. We also tryed forcefeeding her water and chicken broth with no luck. I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow morning, in the meanwhile.. What could be wrong?
