What is wrong with my puppy?

She is a little over 10 weeks old.. she just went to the vet on friday and had her second round of puppy shots. On Sunday night she began to hack like a cat would when the have a hairball.. she has continued to do this since sunday. this morning when i woke up she was not as playfull but when i got her up to play she would play with me and the cats like normal bark ect.. She is eating and drinking normal however she is still hacking and her nose seemed a little warm? Could this be a mild reaction from her shots?
