Please help!! My cat has vomited, and has diarrhea?

Please call your vet's office now and ask them this question. I am sure they will be better able to assist you. Diarrhea and vomiting can indicate serious gastrointestinal distress. He is definitely sick and the sooner you are able to get him medical attention the better. If he is lethargic now and not moving around, that's a huge red flag that you must not wait any longer.
