I really want to get a piercing. any help?

So, I'm eighteen, and I really want to get a piercing, but i don't know where! so my friend joey (she's a girl) showed me pics of nipple piercings. And, yes, I'm a girl. It looks really cool to me. So, i thought maybe, but I just want some suggestions or help from a person who has experience in that field. Or has got their nipples done. And Joey also showed me clitoral piercings. that sounds really cool, but would it affect anything down there?
