Cat just had enema is a hairball considered vomiting?

My cat hasnt pooed regularly for about a week. We took him into the vet today and he got two enemas. We got home about 25minutes ago. He is leaking poo from his rear and just threw up a legit ball of hair and some brown liquid (food?) Is this ok? Normal? I was told to take him to the emergency room if he vomited but a hairball isn't what they meant right? I think they meant if he vomits alot or the white foam stuff. But I want to be sure. They were dort of in a rush since we were there for like 30mins after closing for him.
