Extending a 457 visa and getting a PR in Australia?

I am currently on a 457 Visa and not sure whether my sponsor will extend the same. I would like to get this extended say maybe to around 4 years and ultimately use the time to get a PR here in Australia. Can I still search for jobs when I am on a 457 visa sponsored by one employer and what happens if I get a suitable job with a different employer with a 4-year contract. How does the formalities play out ? Does the old visa get cancelled and will I be issued a fresh visa?

i think you have possibly misunderstood, obviously i can not speak for others i am not someone who says that, but i think they are quoting christian philosophy. i don't think that they are suggesting that you should not be allowed to where a silver cross or any public display, but that christian philosophy does not permit such acts. i think rather than suggest that you should not be allowed to do these things rather suggesting that you are being hypocritical for doing these things, according to the philosophy you are claiming to follow.

What are some reasons my cat is like this?

I have 2 cats. One is a pretty average size, the other is overweight. The overweight one eats about average, unless there is extra food in the other cats bowl, then he eats that as well. For a while now, the overweight one has been vomiting. It is not hairballs, it is normally undigested cat food. He doesn't seem to be loosing or gaining wait though. Now a couple times in the last 2 weeks, we have come home and found small amounts of liquid-y vomit in different places in the house. He is 12. We are taking him to the vet this week, but I just want to know what could be the problem.

My Kitty throws up sometimes!?

My Kitty throws up sometimes. It can happen any time of the day. This morning, (he sleeps with me, by my feet), he jumped down as soon as I got up, and threw up on our living room rug. While cleaning, I noticed that the food was almost undigested, some pieces even looked not chewed at all. This isn't the first time he did it. He does it several times a month, sometimes. He is a type of a cat that can eat a feather from a pillow or a thread (if he finds it loose), and he likes to eat fast with appetite. We had him since he was a kitten. I always try my best to hide any stringy items, that he can chew on or swallow, knowing his character. We give him a hairball remedy (like a paste) from time to time, but he still throws up sometimes. He's a big black cat - 18lb, not fat, he's just big. We buy him a Good Life cat food, which has no artificial colors or preservatives, and he likes it. What could be the reason for his throwing ups? Usually, if he eats and then starts running (he likes crazy chases with our other cat, sometimes) - then we know, it's because he upsets his stomach. But, like this morning, he was laying before he got nausea, so it can't be from running or chasing. Does anyone have an idea what is it? He'll be visiting his vet this summer, but I'd still want to know, if anyone had a similar problem, or knows what can it be? I'd be very thankful!!

Is it illegal for a parent to leave their children at home for an extended period of time?

If the underage person gets into some kind of trouble during that time, it could be considered illegal...because the kids were not supervised. If one of them was of age, then it is far less likely that lack of supervision would be an issue.

My cat use to do this too. She stoped when I changed her to a better food. My cats are on natural balance now and do much better on it. Welness, avoderm, and blue buffalo are even better options.

I don't understand middle school friends?

this is my first year of middle school and its a lot different then elementary school. in some good ways and in some bad ways. i have made some new friends and i have lost some old friends. during the middle of the school year i was friends with this one girl named daniella. then she started hanging out with the girls that where i guess more popular then me and me and daniella don't really hang out anymore...in fact daniella is mean to me now. i also was friends with 2 other girls named brianna and Ayana. we would sit next to each other at lunch everyday and hang out together after school and one day i went to go sit down with them and they said that they didn't want to sit with me or talk to me anymore. but then later on that day brianna walked over to me and told me that she never meant to hurt my feelings and that she was fine sitting with me but ayana didn't want to sit with me anymore. i also have been friends with a girl named elana since i was born are parents are best friends. we do everything together. we go on vacation together we hang out together we go shopping together and we even go out to eat together. when she stared hanging out with ayana me and Elana became more and more distant. i have a friend named kiara and she spreaded a rumor about me so i stopped being her friend for a week. in that time she went home crying everyday and she tried repedetly to apoligize. i though she was getting what she deserved so i ignored her. then after me and kiara made up our friendship was closer than ever. one girl that i have been friends with since i was in first grade named victoria tryed to break me and kiara apart and me and victoria got into a fight in the middle of the street. now i am currently friends with kiara and victoria and today at lunch they said they wouldnt sit with me because they wanted to talk about something private so they didnt sit with me and then in the hallway after the last bell rang i ran over to kiara and i didnt get the chance to say anything and she just blurted out sorry i cant hang out with you im hanging out with victoria. so i walked away then i saw victoria, kiara, rapheal, nick, and joey walking in kiaras house when i got home (kiaras my neighbor) i dont know if shes mad at me or shes just being a ***** and doesnt want me hanging out with her but i feel very left out and i feel like no one wants to be my friend and that im all alone in middle school. i feel like a complete loser. can someone just please give me advice on what to do?

Possible Dislocated Knee?

I fell about 5 feet, and when I landed my knee popped and cracked alittle, like three quick pops. I landed with my leg straight and thats why it happened. Maybe I hyper extended the joints or I may have pulled a muscle or I might have a dislocated knee. Im not sure what it is? Should I go to the doctor. It hurts bad and it is difficult to move. It happened today, could it be something I can just walk off and ill be fine in a couple days?

I've not had sex for a couple years until recently. Me and a girl I've been dating have started having casual sex. However, 2 times in the past couple weeks, the condom has fallen off. This has NEVER happened to me before, so I don't know why it's happening. I'm a little over 7 inches long and 5.5 in girth, so I don't think it's a size issue. I know the first time I wasn't fully erect because I was having issues with a medication I was taking, but last night it was fine. The lining of the condom was even indented on my shaft.
